We strive to be generous with our time, service, gifts, and presence at workplace volunteer activities aimed at serious social problems. Partners and associates regularly accept pro bono cases assigned through the Louisiana State Bar Association Pro Bono Project, and several attorneys volunteer at the New Orleans Legal Assistance Corporation. We also have served our community through many different types of volunteer projects, giving everyone an opportunity to participate in a volunteer activity centered around one of their own personal community concerns. The firm's volunteer activities have addressed domestic violence, homelessness, hunger, literacy, education, cancer awareness, and the needs of children. The firm is proud that there has been 100% attorney and staff participation in the employee volunteer program. Lowe, Stein, Hoffman, Allweiss & Hauver, L.L.P. was honored by the City of New Orleans, the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce and the New Orleans Volunteer Center in 1997 with an award recognizing the excellence of our employee volunteers.

Lowe, Stein, Hoffman, Allweiss & Hauver, L.L.P. provides financial support to not-for-profit groups and community organizations, and also sponsors a scholarship at the University of New Orleans. Additionally, support is given to local law schools through financial contributions and participation at law journal and moot court events.
